Planning a large garden with a pond and I wonder if there is a good website for advice?

Hello. I'm building a house and I foresee a Large garden (similar to the movie "When a Stranger Calls") and a pond will be covered by a roof with sky lights. I know that moisture is an issue and I intend to fans. The walls around the garden will have glass and birds in the garden. Measured 12 x 8 feet and move from one room to the kitchen. I tried to think what is necessary, but I wonder if there is a site that has information on what I have seen with. Thanks for any help
