End of season gardening question?

Should I cut my flowers / plants now? at this point in the season? I'm in southern Ontario Lillies …. ….. Shasta Daisy ….. Day Lillies Pink Friesland Salvia ….. ….. ….. DwarfF Pincheira

We are reducing our plants at ground level. Then compost bags purchased in garden areas. During the winter seep into the ground and are ready from our beds the following spring. In spring, the night before to warm enough to start growing things, we started slow-release Osmocote fertilizer compost and scratches in wells. Happy Gardening.
